Through the Institutional Readiness assessment, we collect your name, email, farm name, city, acreage, and your assessment answers. The assessment produces a readiness score, a band, and a gap plan, all of which are stored with your lead record.

Through the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), message, and the segment-specific fields you fill in (farm name, project name, organization, and related details).

Through the research email signup, we collect your name and email address.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to follow up with you about readiness, supply-chain coordination, and procurement. We use assessment answers to compute your score and generate your gap plan. We use contact form data to respond to your inquiry and route you to the right conversation. We use research signup data to send you cited research and availability updates.

Email opt-out

You can opt out of research and availability emails at any time by replying to any email we send and asking to be removed, or by contacting us at contactus@vkculinary.tech. The opt-in checkbox on the contact form is optional; leaving it unchecked means you will not receive research or availability emails from us.

We do not sell farm-level data

We do not sell, rent, or trade farm-level data, assessment answers, or readiness scores to third parties. Your farm data is used to coordinate supply between growers and buyers on this platform and is not monetized through data brokerage.

Data retention

Lead and assessment records are retained for as long as you are an active contact. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contactus@vkculinary.tech.
